Reading Tim Gunn's Fashion Bible right now. I have several on hold at the library but every one I request is checked out, so will likely read something from TBR until some of those come in. Listening to Gideon's Sword by Douglas Preston.

sigh..I never thought this would hapen but I'm not in th mood for KA...for some reaon cannot relax with Ren and Ally's story - finding the endless cursing annoying (and cursing isn't something that bothers me -I think Dakota Cassidy's character Nina in her werewolf/vampire series is about the only book I've actually wanted to throw against the wall because of the endless senseless swearing) I think it's a story I'll like but obviously not in the mood just yet.

I started VIcki Lewis Thompson's latest sons of chance blaze and think it's more my speed right now :-) was at work so didn't get too far esp since we had people out all weekend and were doing a lot of extra stuff. was supposed to work today but boss said we didn't have to come in because they were ok without us.

have several books downloaded including a mystery from the library and some shorter harlequin and love inspired books.

Finished A Rake's Midnight Kiss and although I liked it, I didn't love it like I did the first book in the series, but am looking forward to Cam's book. I also finished Jo Goodman's Steadfast Heart and LOVED that book! She is quickly becoming a go to author for me. I enjoyed it so much, that i couldn't put off starting the 2nd book on the series and so far it has been just as good. I finished JC's Deception Cove and she has her formula very much in evidence, but I still enjoyed the read...I swear there is crack embedded in the pages...why can't I let her go, no matter what name she is writing under and what formula she is currently using , I have to read it.

Loved Fever. Am I the only one that really felt for Jack? I'd love to hear more about him in the future. Hmmm

Now on to Burn...

I've been reading through the Gaian series by Janet Miller this week.  If you like sci-fi, good stuff.

Just finished up Jillian Dodd's Stalk Me. Loved it!! Definitely will be picking up the rest of the series! Wish I would have when they were all 99¢, but I've done that before and hated the first one. Oh well.

Also finished up Armed and Dangerous by Abigail Roux. Just love that series! Ty and Zane are amazing.

And I also read Kitty and the Dead Man's Hand. Good. Not fabulous. I can't get off wanting her to be with Cormack. I like Ben and all, but it's just not right.

been reading Vicki Lewis Thompson's latest Blaze(at least I think it's the latest!) The Heart Won't Lie. I also diecided to charge up my ereaders and realized I have The Chocolate Thief on my Nook that I stopped reading when the battery got low then got interested in mysteries..so happy I can get bak to this one once it's charged!

Is there some kind of portable,f oldable 'stand' for ereaders? I hate the cases but use one for my Kindle because I like to read when eating and don't want to have to hold it or look at it lying flat. I never had a case for the nook plus that's actually the best feeling ereader in my hand but I like the way the  Kobo Glo lightsa nd the pages turn fast(though I  dont have as many ebooks on it as I do the Kindle) I hate the feel of the case I ordered for the Kobo - feels too rough. sigh...the perfect ereader for me would have the screen of the kobo, the case of the nook and the selection/ease/prices of the kindle...

I am struggling through Edge of Danger (Edge, Bk 1) (T-FLAC, Bk 8) by Cherry Adair. I've enjoyed most of this series, but this one is stretching even my open-minded plot limits.

Is there some kind of portable,f oldable 'stand' for ereaders?

my mom was looking for something for her 10 inch tablet, found these, and bought me one too: FlipStands - New, Compact Portable Multi-Adjustable Stand for the iPad, iPad2, the New iPad, iPad Mini, Nexus... by FLIPSTANDS, LLC

it works great for holding my Kindle while i'm eating, as long as you have enough table space in front of you to set it up.  it folds totally flat, a little thicker and larger all around than my Kindle Keyboard, smaller than the neoprene sleeve i keep it in when i'm not reading, so it's definitely easily portable.  [it folds open, so the amount of table space it takes up while open is the same as if it were lying flat.]

my mom uses hers for a Samsung 10 inch tablet, doesn't have any stability problems with it on the table.  the little tabs that fold out and support whatever you put on it are reasonably sized for a variety of devices.  (and though there is one listed separately for the Kindle Fire that costs more, i don't know if it's actually any different.)

I'm reading Angel of Darkness by Cynthia Eden. Also started Snow-kissed by Laura Florand -- it's very dark.

I'm reading Elise Sax's An Affair to Dismember.  It's pretty cute.  She's NTM, but I like it well enough that I put the next two on my WL.

Susanna -- my perfect ereader would have the case of the Nook Touch and all the organizational features of the Kindle. Plus glo-light.

Though my Nook has gotten so kludgey -- the left hand turn button doesn't work at all, and the touch sensor constantly stop working. I still use it.

Started Anne Stuart's Never Kiss A Rake and to be perfectly honest with you, so far I don't like any of the characters. Even Bryony our heroine, she needs to get some backbone about her pox scars for christ sake, I am already tired of reading about them.

I hated Edge of Danger. For those of you who have read this series, can I skip the next two Edge books without missing out on much? I hate this "wizard" aspect of T-FLAC.

Cleansing my palate with Leashed: More Than a Bargain by Jet Mykles.

Ok, so I finished the last of the Breathless trilogy. I liked Ash's story, I just thought it could have been better.

Now reading Breaking Nova by Jessica Sorensen.

thanks Ellen! I'll check those links.

still reading the Blaze - not as good as some of the earlier ones in this series but she ran out of main characters after the 3rd brother...this one at least has a lot of sex scenes and a decent storyline I guess. also still reading the chocolate thief and liking it - will get back to it as soon as I finish up this Blaze- almost done with it.

Melissa, I have Breaking Nova up next to read.

I'm still reading Dark Lycan. I know these books follow the same basic story over and over again, but for me they're comfort reads. Not a whole lotta thinking involved either. Sometimes you just need that.

Finished the Anne Stuart and my review is up on GRs. 2.5 Stars for me, which was painful because I love AS, but I didn't love this book. I have started Rachel Gibson's Blue By You.

the touch sensor constantly stop working.

Willa a friend of mine had this happen to hers, and she asked me to look at it.  I don't know that this is "the fix", but I turned it off and turned it back on and it started working again fine.

Yup. My new Nook does that every now and then. Drives me nuts. I'm guessing it's a testy batch of e-ink screens. Turn it off, then back on and it'll quit (until the next time).
