What Books does anyone here have that would make a good wedding gift for my second cousin?

Thanks!

I would suggest cookbooks for a wedding gift....you could add some cookie sheets or utensils from the $1 store and make a nice gift for a very reasonable amount.

I have this lovely, brand new book on my bookshelf. It would make a very lovely gift. I also have some cookbooks and other homemaking and relationship books. I always offer 3 books for 2 credits. Please PM me with any questions. I'm open to other deals also. I have over 385 books to choose from and I think I have some of the authors you listed too. Thanks for looking. Peggy

I don't have either on my shelf, but The Joy of Cooking and Martha Stewart's Cooking School are both great.  They are especially helpful to those of us that have no clue about cooking!:P

My cousin is 27 and the newlyweds will be a ready made family of 4 and she is an avid reader (it's a family thing...LOL)

I decided to use ideas messaged/posted here and go with an Oval Wicker Laundry Basket filled with a boquet of books and some Dollar Store Kitchen Gadgets, Ribbons & Bows and perhaps 2 or 3 ready to go Soup in the Jar type Mixes I can make.

I have swapped/picked up in Thrift Store the past 3 days ALOT of Books. I probably won't give her all of them but wanted a big selection to pick from based on book & it;s condition....

Here's what I got or ordered  so far:

Our Family Tree by Julie Hausner

The Southern Girl's Guide to Surviving the Newlywed Years: How To Stay Sane Once You've Caught Your Man  by Annabelle Robertson

101 Secrets A Good Dad Knows by Walter Browder

Chicken Soup for the Couple's Soul (Chicken Soup for the Soul) by Jack Canfield

Daily Word For Couples by Colleen Zuck

The Newlywed Cookbook by Robin Walsh

2002 Things to Do With Your Kids: Creative Ideas for Family Fun by Caryl Waller Krueger

Lists to Live By for Every Caring Family: For Everything That Really Matters by Alice Gray

Love You Can Touch by Jane Cabaniss Jarrell

Health Smart Gourmet Cooking by Arlyn Hackett

The Power of a Praying Wife by Stormie Omartian

The Marriage Manual - 10 Check Points For Peak Performance by Duane Cuthbertson

Raising a G-Rated Family in a X-Rated World

ANY OTHER  BOOKS YOU have on your bookshelf or TYPES you can suggest?

I think I got God, Family, Belly, Relationship covered...

Perhaps a naughtier sexual natured one? I already kept her faith in mind on most but think more of a bad girl type one??

WHAT did I MISS or YOU can OFFER?

Thanks ya'll for all the messages I REALLY truly appreciate the help because I have been DREADING this with me not working right now.

Take Care,

Lisa

I have just the book for you:  Love, Sex & Intimacy :: Nitya Lacroix
ISBN-13: 9780831778941 - ISBN-10: 0831778946

It's in new condition and fits the bill perfectly - lots of pics, so make sure kids don't get a look.
