I have to say that I found this book to be the best pregnancy book that I have read. Straightforward and full of facts. Of course I am a little biased since he was the ob that delivered my second daughter ;)

This fully revised and updated bestselling guide provided expectant mothers with reassuring, straightforward answers to hundreds of questions and concerns they might not think to ask their doctor about. Important topics such as exercise and diet, environmental issues, nutrition, labor and delivery, prenatal vitamins, and postpartum period, and over-35 pregnancy and much, much more. Same questions addressed, "Do stress and anxiety affect the fetus? Can I fly at high altitudes? Should I continue working during the last month of my pregnancy? Can I use pesticides in the house? Can I continue to drink coffee? How can I prevent stretch marks. I didn't provide this rating....my wife did. Highly recommended.
