Ruthless, Reckless & Breathless?

I had them on my WL simply because they were Anne Stuart, but at the time they became available to me, I decided they didn't seem too intriguing (from the description).  I have WAY too many books to read to spend a credit on something I won't really like, you know?

I was just wondering if anyone has read them (the first two are out, right?) and what you thought?  Would it be worth it to put them back on my WL, or am I not missing anything?

Only the first bk is out. I have read the second bk and graded it a C (average).

from surfing, it seems the hardcore fans loved them but casual readers like myself thought they were just alright. The general concensus seems to be that the 1st bk was the best 1

Thanks.  I didn't realize only the first one was out, since I've already declined the second one.  lol
Now I don't feel so bad about it.

I read one- crap, they sound so much alike I'm not sure which.  It was the one where the hero's home is basically a sex club.

I don't have a lot of experience with her (though I knew she does alpha heroes), but I thought it was really a meh.  It was like it was trying too hard to be shocking.  i didn't really think the justification for the hero's behavior made that much sense, and there just wasn't that much to like about him.  And I thought his redemption was pretty lame and not all that credible.  Unless you're a dedicated fan you're not missing much.

Nancy, now that you mention it, I think I DO have that prequel downloaded already.  Why didn't I think of that?
