On, May 31st, I sent out a book using PP and this site to print out the postage.  I got my instant credit as usual........but, today I got the book back and it's marked "Unclaimed"!  What do you do since you paid the postage and sent the book?

The first thing I'd do is see if the person still belongs to PBS.  Then I'd contact them to make sure that they were at that address.  Then if they were, I'd go back to the PO and ask about the "Unclaimed" statement and try to get them to send it out again (without me paying postage again).    Pat

If Pat's excellent suggestions don't bring results, you might try asking over at the Postage forum, where PBS members who work for the U.S. Postal Service try to help us decipher their mysteries: http://www.paperbackswap.com/forum/forum.php?f=52
