I didn't even realize that the month had changed. :)

I was reading a non-YA nonfiction book, but I'm not really into it at the moment so I just sorted my library books by due date to see what I should read next.  I'm off to crawl into bed so I'll let you know what I decided in the morning.

Colleen, it's the Ninth Doctor (from Doctor Who) as portrayed by Christopher Eccleston. :)

I started the first story in Lips Touch by Laini Taylor last night, so that's the book I'll be carrying around today.

I'm really interested in hearing what you think about this one. I almost bought it last weekend at B&N.

Currently reading Stargazer by Claudia Gray. Liking this one even more than the first (Evernight).  Have to wait until March for the next book :(

Janelle, I thought the first story was good but not great, but I really like the second one so far.  I should finish this one tonight - the third one looks to be a lot longer so I might finish it tomorrow.

Also, Laini Taylor's husband illustrated each of the stories and they are beautiful.

Cindy I liked the plot so far.  I tend to gravitate towards reading paranormal books (with romance) and just happen to see Evernight on somebody's wishlist.  So I check my local library to see if they had the books and sure enough they did.  I luv when I get wishlist book from the library for free!!!  I read that Stargazer ends with a cliffhanger. Hopefully it will be resolved in Hourglass. I definitely recommend you read them:)

I just read Sunshine by Robin McKinley. I thought it was more of an adult book than YA but she is a really popular YA author too, so I don't know quite where it fits.

If you are a fan of non-sparkly vampires I definitely suggest it. It was dark and fascinating.

Finished Magyk by Angie Sage the other day...I guess I'm on the fence. One chapter I liked it and the next it was so-so. Definitely going to give the next book in the series a try though. For now I'm taking a YA break to read Beautiful Boy: a Father's Journey Through his Son's Addiction by David Sheff...slow start for me.

I have Magyk along with a few more of the series sitting on my TBR shelf. I listened to Beautiful Boy. It was wonderful and heart wrenching. I don't know if I would have enjoyed it so much if I had read it. I usually listen to books that I normally wouldn't read.

I have not read Beautiful Boy...  I did, however, read Tweak...  the son's perspective...  dark but a very good read

I just finished Vampire Academy #4 (Blood Promise) - OH MY GOODNESS. I LOVED it. I can't believe the next one isn't out until May - this is why I usually wait to read series until they are all out :(

I have no idea what I'm reading next, probably something I have for review... maybe My Soul to Save actually, now that I think about it...
