Hi everyone!  I finished up Demon Princess last night and totally loved it!  If I had Reign Check, I totally would have continued reading. lol

Iron King will probably be up next.....or The Secret Year.  Haven't decided yet.

You're welcome, Shanan. :)

I finished Fixing Delilah this afternoon.  It was good, but I didn't like it anywhere near as much as I liked Ockler's first book (Twenty Boy Summer).

Anyone extremely disappointed with Crescendo.  I couldn't even finish it, Nora is just a horrible character.  Definitely giving up on the series.

Jenna I agree. I liked Fixing Delilah but I loved Twenty Boy Summer way more, I just finished A Blue So Dark by Holly S. Now I'm reading Before I Die by Jenny Downham.

I just finished The Iron King - it was good Lori, you should read it smiley.  Now I'm onto Tenth Grade Bleeds by Heather Brewer.  I haven't been in a reading mood lately, of course that happens when I have lots of swap books to read lol.

Mild fit of annoyance that I just need to share--I finally have Wicked Lovely coming from PBS (super excited).  So while I was killing time at a local used bookstore I saw Fragile Eternity which on the cover said Sequel to Wicked Lovely.  Elated I ran to buy it.  Then I get home and put it on my TBR to find out it is not the sequel--it is book 3 and there is another book in the middle--that I don't have.frown

Okay thank you all for listening to my bit of a rant...

I finished Tenth Grade Bleeds - I liked it, can't wait to read the next one.  Onto Where the Truth Lies.  I need a break from paranormal.

I started Iron King, thanks to Kelly's post.  Its good so far.  I'm hoping it will keep my attention as books are just not doing it for me right now!  Started three different books last night and none caught my interest.  This is SO not good.  I have two challenges left to finish with two each in each category.  I must stay focused....I must stay focused.

I just finished Torment and really enjoyed it. I ran into the bookstore after work yesterday and noticed that The Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead was out! I hadn't been keeping track of it's release date so I was pretty pumped to see it sitting on the shelf! I snatched it up and am reading it now!

I thought Last Sacrifice comes out on Dec. 7.  At least that is when my pre-order becomes available...I think you got lucky.  hehe

Well the two places I looked to order it for my swap was Borders and Amazon and both of them show Dec. 7.  Darn for my swap buddy.

It's on it's way to me from Amazon, but it isn't going to be delivered until Tuesday.  But that's okay because I have lots of other reading to hold me for a while.

I finished Anna and the French Kiss on Friday.  I liked it a lot.  It made me want to go to Paris! (with a dreamy boy, of course! lol)

Then I read When You Reach Me.  It was interesting and I liked how everything tied together in the end.  I can see why it won the Newbery Award.

Now I am reading X-Isle and Aces Up now.  X-Isle isn't that highly rated on Goodreads, but I like it a lot so far.  I just started Aces Up.

I finished reading The Frenzy by Fransesca Lia Block and it definitely wasn't my favorite.  I'm about to start Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn & David Levithan.

I just read the first 100 pages of Aces Up (about a third of the book) and I haven't even made it past what is in the synopsis.  Hrm.  At least it is a fast read.

OK, I have recently just finished Jessica Verday's THE HOLLOW and Kelly Creagh's NEVERMORE.  I STILL don't know what I think of either of them.  I believe the 2nd book of each will let me know if i truly liked them or not...  I found NEVERMORE too hard to follow, and THE HOLLOW, I pegged Caspian from the first glimpse...

Andrea, I have Lily & Dash on my TBR pile.  I still haven't decided if I like Cohn/Levithan's combined stuff.  I liked NO KISS LIST better than Nick and Norah, so I'm hoping 3rd time's a charm!  THe cover is the best so far!

The Fey series by Kawaga is really good!  I'm enjoying it far more than I thought I would.  Now to read Iron Queen.  And of course Cindy goes and tells me there will be a 4th one!!
