I finished The Secret Sisterhood of Heartbreakers...it was just okay for me...kinda juvenile and cheesy.  Now starting Awake at Dawn by C.C. Hunter

I am reading The Anti-Prom by Abby McDonald. It's pretty fun so far - there's even a shoutout to Firefly and Dollhouse! (I'm such a Joss Whedon fangirl.)

Listened to "Witch and Wizard" by James Patterson.  It was okay, but I won't be listening or reading the rest.

Also listened to "Odd and the Frost Giants" by Neil Gaiman.  It plays on traditional Norse tales of the Aesir and the Jotuns(Giants).  Enjoyed this one a lot!

finished THE HIDDEN (nice ending to the trilogy), and also finished listening to Dead is Not an Option...  the series is ok...nothing great...

I picked up the HELP at my son's Scholastic book fair last night.  Dunno when I'll get to it...  Trying to finish POWER OF SIX now at home and I'm reading a Jennifer Weiner book at work for a game swap...  and started listening to Lost Saint in the car...

Kelly H,

"Nightshade" was a decent opening book, but "Wolfsbane", the second book, gets even better.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I have so far!  smiley

Marc, I adored BYT....  I have loved ALL of Anna Godbersen's books...  I love her witing!!!

I finished Deathless yesterday...  I wanted to love it, but it was just ok...  not nearly as good as the first and leaves you hanging very bluntly...  I really enjoyed the first book Breathless...  Vampires and Volkaanes was enough for me though...  this one introduces zombies which I am SOOOO not into as well as another abstract supernatural creature and it's just getting too far out there for me....

I started Glow this morning before going to have my final wisdom tooth removed and have not read a single page since being home...

Just finished The Power of Six.  Surprised how much I'm liking this series.  Don't know what to start now.
