I recieved a book today and all it was wrapped in was bubble wrap.  No outside wrapping.  The bubble wrap was ripped, the book was soaked and besides that there was something red on the cover.  Plus it was dirty.  I can't and won't repost it.  What should I do?

I would mark it RWAP. Is the damage the sender's fault or PO's fault? Either way mark it RWAP & if it's the senders fault ask to have your credit refunded, since it came to you in unpostable condition.

Thanks.  I'm sure the ripped bubblewrap was the PO's fault.  But, the dirt and red stuff on the cover looked like they had been there awhile.  Thanks again for your advice.

I would also ask them nicely not to package their books like that in the future. I mean bubble wrap is nice but I don't know about it being the only thing covering a book.
