There are several hundred books tagged 'do not order'. They seem to be mostly craft books. Is there any particular reason you can think of that they should not be ordered? Just curious. |

I can tell you've I seen similar tags, indicating that they are not postable on a lot of craft books that do not meet PBS guidleines. Books/booklets/pamphlets under 50 pages MUST have an ISBN or they are not postable. Someone just PM'd me about those tags, or similar ones, last week. |

The ones I looked at are all up to PBS guidelines. There are some craft books that are more like booklets that would not be postable. |

It was just odd because many of these books definitely met the guidelines. |

It's probably someone's personal tag. Maybe they have it already or have looked at it and want the tag to alert them that they've already decided they don't want that book. Or the person tagging them thinks they are not postable books and feels it's their duty to tag them as such. |

I agree now that I've actually looked at this particular tag. It seems to be someone's personal tag so that they don't order the book. There's nothing wrong with the ones that I looked at either. I've seen several tags that said "unpostable" or "against the rules" or "not postable on PBS" on books that did not meet the guidelines, so I thought this one was probably one of those types, but it doesn't appear to be. Too bad they didn't add their initial or something, so that people wouldn't think they shouldn't order those books :( |

I saw one that said "this copy does not exist", but i know it does because I have it. I don't have it posted because I am currently reading it. I hope that won't be a problem for me when I do post it. |

Shouldn't be, Shannon, tags do not officially effect anything. |
