When you get a book requested and have to mark that you cannot send the book you are required to say WHY you cannot send. Does the requester see this info or is it just for PBS??

I feel SSSOOO bad, I posted a handful of books last night and one was a WL book, so of course it was requested by this a.m. I was just flipping through it to get it wrapped and ready to go and realized there were several pages missing from the front. I can't believe I did something so stupid! DH is still chiding me for it!

Will the requester see why I couldn't mail it??

i think if you say why you cant mail it, the requester will know in the email that is automatically sent to them
