About when would a person mark didn't respond??  How many days? Thanks ahead...and so far no reply ..its been 6 or 7 days

Well, usually it is a week that is allowed for a person to respond...how much time did you give them when you sent them the PM about the problem?  That would be your time limit.

But at this time of year, I'd give it more time.  Some folks are away from their computers.  You can always mark it unresolved later.  But you cannot change the unresolved once it is marked.

OK thanks....I  gave her a week..another member let me use her well worded the book is not postable and may I please have my credit back....so far zip...I guess I will give her till friday??????????????????????

Don't forget the East Coast was hit by a huge storm this last weekend. Officially we got 16.5 inches in about 24 hours, but it was more like 22 inches in our local area. Took us two days to dig our cars out.

I don't remember where, but some places lost power completely. So a lot of people had to find shelter away from their homes.

Then add all the traveling people do for the Holidays, and could be a lot of people away from computers right now.

The help center says you can submit feedback that they were not responsive after five days

If the sender does not respond to your PM within 5 days, submit this information in follow-up from the transaction archive.  This will send an email to the sender, prompting him or her to log in and deal with this problem swap.  If the sender does not respond to that email within 2 days (a total of 1 week since your original PM), contact us.  Failure to respond in an active account is considered admission of fault. 

Also, it isn't required that you give them a "due date" in the original message.

Thank you all...I don't think where she lives has had bad weather...I could be wrong and I don't want to post her location I think I will mark it did not respond..should she come and say she had some issues then I bet they can help us move forward...and she can reply then...or they can understand her situation if there is one....THANKS I will keep you all posted

You may also want to double check your credit registry to see if they approved a refund.  I've had people not reply to the PM but still refund the credit.
