I received an email from PBS saying that a member sent me a message cancelling a book request due to surgery. No problem.  I understand; however,  everytime I've checked my personal messages, it's not there.  I'm just curious.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Is it a fluke that it's not there or did it erase it once I read my email?  I doubt the last so...where is the message?

check the transaction in your transaction archive, maybe it's attatched there.

When a person cancels a transaction and gives a reason, the system generates an automated email to let you know but it doesn't generate a PM too. That's why you only got an email.

You can see the email under Club Communications under My Account.  Sometimes under Order details.  (Not for turned down RCs,  but cancelations should be there.)
