Fairly well written to bring the world of Quantum mechanics to the everyman, no math is needed but some general understanding of the ideas at hand would help. Includes well known topics such as the living/dead cat in the box. A decent alternative to a Stephen Hawking book without all the colorful pictures.

Excellent presentation to the lay person of previously too mysterious subject matter. Lindley makes quantum mechanics accessible to those of us who did not have time to major in science, but who would have loved to double-major in it.
