I have previously written concerning this matter, but still see that I don't have proper credits.  I changed my email address, from xxxx to xxxxx, but my credits did not transfer to new acct...can you please correct this?

I'm wondering if she opened a second account rather than editing her old account.   That said, I'm sure Patty can help her find TPTB.

Emily nailed it -- I  haven't heard back from her -- my message would have gone to her new (now closed) account -- but she should be fine now.  The second account was closed, and her first account now has her new email address on it. 

For anyone wondering how to change the email address on their account --> go into your "settings" page from the My Account menu up above, rather than registering a new account.

We need to contact PBS to change our name or nickname.  Also to correct typos in our address before the first few orders.  (The option to edit shows up after a few orders, maybe two?)  But we should be able to update our email on the settings page.
