I'm going to post this on CMT also.

Normally when I check out an audiobook from the library, I download it right to my iPod using the Overdrive app. I saw on Overdrive that certain books are legally allowed to burn to a CD, so I downloaded one through a WMA file to the Overdrive app on my desktop. Oops- no go on that. So when I went back in and looked at the digital rights section of that book, it says that burning a CD from an MP3 file is permitted but I'll be damned if I can find directions on how to do that.

Any help appreciated.

First be sure that you have a burner in your computer.

On the Overdrive program is a button called "burn".  Choose that.

Yes, it does. But, if you download it from a WMA file instead of an MP3, the burn button doesn't appear. So, what do I have to do? Download an MP3 file to the desktop app and then burn it?
