I got a request today for a book I have; the requestor conditions stated "larger paperbacks only".  Mine isn't.  I went through all of the books posted and found the larger book for this person to order, but that is only because I do editing and have that information available to look up.  If we are going to put the book size in the computer anyway, why not put it on the info screen so people will get what they want without having to order from person to person and be declined.

The same ISBN could have multiple sizes associated with it, right?

I've seen trade and MMP posted to the same ISBN all the time. You would still need a RC in order to get the size you wanted.

Probably like Sara says-because publishers reuse ISBN especiallly for trade to mmp.  I've  noticed a lot of books from companies like Berkeley Trade getting reissued as mmps and since they pay for ISBN's some publisher's probably reuse them.
