im confused about that.

also, is there any way to find out if a member has an extraordinary rate of not receiving books, or of classifying many as unpostable (cant think of the term right now)..or is that all anonymous?

The members whose names appear in black with no blue nickname do not have public profiles with nicknames.  They haven't made profiles at PBS.

i am really not worried about the books *I* send..i am attempting to "bullet proof" them more and more each day.   i was wondering if there was a sort of "feedback" for members here though...any way to know if others have a high number of "lost" books, etc. etc.

Not really Alex. The only ones that have feedback are boxers. The only thing you  can do is follow the rules, hope that the person you are trading with does the same. If you should get a book that doesn't meet PBS guidelines make sure to let the sender know and also let R & R know thru the RWP button when you receive it. MOST members are very good about refunding credits if they know that the book shouldn't have been sent.
