This is a very interesting book. Not what I expected. Farrell explains why men earn more. He takes into account their education/job/lifestyle choices and how that plays into it. It debunks the idea that one on one, job for job, men are paid more. He breaks it down pretty well and gives a really good overall view. Their is much food for thought in this. You can tell by his writing/research/previous titles that he is well informed. Good read.
