This is a great book for ages 4 to 8 in learning about what causes Thunder and lightening. The animal characters in the book make it clear for any child to understand. It offers insights on explaining the positive and negative charges that occur in a rain cloud with magnets.

I reccomend this book for any homeschooling family doing a study unit on Clouds or as a supplemental reading to a Five in a Row study on the book "Storm in the Night" by Mary Stolz.
