I woudl like to try the PBS printable postage, so I tried to transfer money from my PayPal Account to PBS Money.  I already have the money in my PayPal account (left over from previous Ebay sales).  But when I try to put it into PBS Money, they want my bank account information.  But this money isn't coming from my bank, it's coming from PayPal.  Can I not use Pre-existing PayPal funds for PBS money or must I transfer the money from my bank account?  If it's the latter I think I'll stick with buying the postage at the post office.

Are you clicking the "Pay with paypal" button?

ETA: I just tried it and it works fine for me, so I'm curious as to what, if anything we are doing differently.  I have always used my excess ebay money for PBS.

I just added some funds to my PBS money with Paypal today with no problem.  It was a transfer from the bank account I have hooked up to Paypal, not my credit card that is associated with Paypal.  Wonder if that makes any difference?

Anyway, yes, be sure you're clicking the Pay with Paypal button.

Per the Paypal website, "PayPal will always use the PayPal balance in your account first," so it sounds like there is no money in your Paypal account.  If you login to your Paypal account does it show a balance?  If there is no money in your Paypal account you may have your bank account set as the default funding source within your Paypal account settings.

Try this to find out:

Log into your Paypal account

Click on the "profile" tab in the upper left hand corner, which will bring up your Profile Summary

Under the middle column ("Financial Information"), click on "Pay List".  This is the last link in the column.

Finally, click on "Set available funding sources."  It is about half way down the page on the right side.

Yes, there is money in my Paypal account.  Since several of you have reported not having this issue, I'm going to assume it's a temp glitch and try again.
