Search - Wicked Promise (Wicked Promise)

I always read a book to the end, even if I don't like it as much up front. This one really became deep emotionally towards the last quarter or so of the book, which is what I look for. I started liking the book okay, and ended up loving it.

i just couldn't put this one down. stayed up all night to finish it. just couldn't wait to find out what happens to the girl and her gaurdian. at least 4 stars in my book. great read....

Set in Regency England. The heroine must turn to her guardian, to keep from being forced into a marriage she doesn't want. Her guardian however is Nicholas Warring, known as The Wicked Earl.

I don't agree with this 3 star rating, I would place it at least 4 stars. Kat Martin is a great story teller and I liked this book.
