This was a decent read, but not as good as other Brock & Bodie Thoene books. It is short, and thus tends to be a bit short on detail. I just didn't connect with the characters that much in this book.

Book 1 of Wayward Wind series. Takes place in 1850's California Gold Rush. Great Christian historical fiction!
Another great hisorical book from the talented Thoene family of writers.
