Your love flew in on a thousand wings
On a cloudless, moonlit night.
We shared the joy of flying free,
And kissed at dawn in flight.

We lived and laughed and shared our love,
And from that love he came,
An angel bright with deep blue eyes
And hair of golden flame.

And as our child grows and learns,
We know that he will be
The light that guides us on our way,
And teaches us to see.

He opened up our hearts to feel
How good our life can be.
He comes with us,unfolds his wings,
Together, flying free.
