Hi,

I just realized that I do not keep really good track of books on my wish list.

On the wish list page there is the date it was wished listed.  Is there any way I can find that date after I have accepted an offer for the book?

Thanks,

Alicia

No, the date you wish for a book shows on the transaction up until you click to accept the request. After that, I don't know a way of finding that info. (If the sender cancels, it would go back on your WL with the original date, so you could see it then.)

Thanks

I was hoping it was hidden somewhere.

But I guess I will need to add "Date Wish Listed" to my spreadsheet of PBS data I have in my book database.

You could add it to a private note for the book before you accept the offer, I suppose.

Sometimes I wish I had a spreadsheet or app that tracked all the books I've put on my PBS wishlist, requested from the library, etc. Often it takes so long to make my way to the front of the queues that by then I've completely forgotten why I wanted to read the book in the first place.

I use book notes (personal notes) all the time to remind me why I WL books :-) Often it's because of an interview I heard with the author.

Good idea, Patty! Unless it is a book I am anxiously waiting for, I usually re read the description  before I accept the offer. I often wonder why I requested it in the first place when it no longer sounds appealing !

I put notes with the wish date but I don't put notes on everything. I also put a note for my place in the fifo for CD's/DVD's on my tower.  Its amazing to get an offer for something that has been on your wishtlist for years!
