My post disappeared mid-construction. I'm sorry if this is a duplicate

Background: Two days ago I posted some books and one of them is still on "wish list hold" which will time out today. There are other members wishing the book. Additionally, and unexpectedly today, I find I will be unable to ship anything for a few weeks.

My question: I put my bookshelf on vacation hold, but do not see how I can get this book out of the system. Do you think that when the "wish list hold" times out that it will go back onto my bookshelf, and be "on vacation", or will it go to the next wisher? How can I get this book out of the system?

I put my shelf on hold all the time.  If it times out while your shelf is on vacation it'll go back to your shelf on hold like the other books.  I just did this last weekend as matter of fact.  I posted a WL book and then a game came up that the book was perfect for theme wise.  So when it was about to time out on the 1st person I put my shelf on hold.  THen I deleted the book once the ! with the pending on another members WL was gone. 

Great! I was hoping the system would do this but wasn't sure. I think this might be the first time I'm hoping that the "wish list hold" will hurry up and time out ;)
