If you are offered a wish list book, and you click you don't want the book. Does it show in your transaction archives???

I am not sure of the definitive answer to this, because I haven't yet come across this situation, but I my guess is that it would NOT show up in your transaction archive, since no transaction is created (similar to when a book request is declined due to Requestor Conditions, which also do not show up in the history.)

I just did that the other day and it shows up with a red X on my transaction archive.  I don't know what happens if you click Not Now.  I completely removed mine because I couldn't remember why I wishlisted it to begin with and it didn't have very good review.

if you click the "Not Now" option, it stays on your WL. That is the one that might not show up as a cancelled transaction. Clicking that you do not want it at all will remove it from your WL and move to your Transaction Archive.

I accidently turned down a WLed book a couple of weeks ago and it did show up on my transaction file with this message "Wish list book not accepted by wishing member."   HTH   Pat

Yes, it is a transaction (an offer) that you said no to, so it should be in your TA with an X on it. If you'd hover over the X it should say something like Requester Cancelled.

If you click the 'Not Now' button, the book is returned to your wishlist and placed on hold.  You can only use this option once.  If you take the book off hold, and it is offered to you again, the 'Not Now' option will not be available.

Make sure your Transaction Archive is sorted so that you can view all transactions. That might help.

Just out of curiosity but why does it matter?
