I have this book, but it is unpostable because the title pages inside are missing. former library copy in great condition otherwise.

If you have this book on your wishlist (3 people do) and don't mind the condition, order a book off my shelf, let me know you want it, and I will send this one along as a freebie...... (or if you don't have it on your wishlist, but still want it.)
