It's a new year and my husband and I are finally making the commitment to change for the better. Unfortunaley sugar and salt became our main food groups :(
We're not anti meat but we want to start thinking about food in a different way, vegetables first. If u don't have books u can send I would luv good websites for family friendly recipes.
Quick and easy will help us stick to it.
