Is there a glitch in the system? In browsing another member's bookshelf, one of the posted books available to order had the little note "On My Wishlist". I checked my wishlist to see if was the same binding and ISBN as the one I wishlisted, it was. I was listed as 1 of 1 for this book. I didn't have it set on auto request (though I do have credits available).

I'm really glad that I happened to read a post by this member and decided to check their shelf, I'd have missed out on the book.

I haven't yet heard of other WL problems, so it -seems- to be working normally...

You might wish to contact the team to let them know specifics so they can look into this glitch and perhaps prevent it from happening again in future...

I think it's because your account is on hold!  Remove the vacation hold and you'll be offered the book :)

It is because you were on vacation hold and didn't have it on autorequest.  I think if more copies had been posted it would have moved the book to your reminder list.  I was on hold for about 6months last year while I sold a house and made a cross country move. A couple of my WL books became availalbe on PBS and were moved to my RL.  But there were multiple copies of them at that point.

Thanks! I had a spree of wishlist books come in the last few weeks and took the books off autorequest while I built back up credits so I didn't lose any ... especially the hardly ever posted ones. = ) Now that I've spent ALL my postage money for this month and those books have been received, I have plenty of credits and forgot that I needed to change my books back to auto-request  when I set my account to vacation hold until my postage fund is built back up.

I'll go check through my wishlist right now and make sure the hard to find books that I'm listed as 1 for are on auto ... just in case. = D
