What a fun, romantic mystery "read" -- this was an earlier Barbara Michaels book that I'd never read. Glad I did! Great back porch summer reading.

For all the praise this author seems to have garnered, this was, I thought, a terrible book. The story is so full of holes you could drive through, characters aren't interesting, the main premise just falls flat.

A great book which keeps you guessing all the way...Once again Barbara Michaels had done a great page turner...One that once you pick up you can not put down.

Another fun one from Barbara Michaels. Nice gothic atmosphere, older heroine, interesting characters. A little predictable, but good spooky reading!
