Some of the recipes are too gourmet for me; I like home-style best. But I did get a few that I like, such as chicken and cashews, chicken with walnuts and celery, pork chow mein, and beef with peppers and pineapple. Maybe I'll try the fish tempura. The ISBN (which didn't work in our system, because it's from Europe, I guess) is: 90 366 1666 9.
