Set in beautiful Ireland a land of unbridled spirits and storybook castles. A place where anything can happen and there are no strangers. This is a wonderful love story about 2 people who found love, over come their difference, and lived happily ever after.

It's a very sweet book with a beautiful cast of characters.

The more I read Ross's books though, the more I have a problem with her reusing characters from past stories. I read "Fair Haven" first and there were chunks of situations and lines Michaels used that Quinn repeated here. Not the mention Rory has his "imaginery" Lady of the Lake while Shea in "Fair Haven" had her guardian angel/dog. The two books were so similar that it makes me feel a little bit riped off.

But again, it was a nice romance with some paranormal elements. If you can get it at the library and not mind a redundancy, it's worth it but it is definitely not a keeper for me.

loved this book,,,,want to read about Ireland, the people and magic. Sure a love story with a happy ending too. I liked the characters, even with their faults. Just a feel good story.

IRELAND - A land of unbridled spirit, ancient legends, whitewashed cottages and storybook castles. A place where anything can happen and there are no strangers - - until now. Quinn Gallagher has reluctantly come to Castlelough. He is cynical, bitter and disillusioned. But the magic of the west coast is about to change him. He's never met anyone like Nora Fitzpatrick. Despite all of life's hardships, the young widow still has a generous heart. Quinn can't help himself. He falls in love. But life has taught Quinn never to trust in anything.....especially a happy ending. This is a romantic love story about a land....community...family and the special bond between a man who doesn't believe in anything and a woman who believes in him.
