This one is different than most woman's Christian fiction, and humorous in places.

Another great read by Lisa Samson. This one didn't strike me as personally as some of her others, but I really enjoyed reading about a woman with severe social anxiety issues learn to overcome them. The story revolves around 3 generations of women and how they learn to change the dynamic of their relationships for the better. Full of great insights as usual!

This is a deep and moving book that most women will relate to. The characters are endearing, and the four female protagonists alternately tell the story from their point of view. "Quaker Summer" fans will enjoy this earlier Samson work because it goes more deeply into the lives of characters that make a brief appearance in QS. I almost don't want to post it, and just keep it on my shelf to read again....
