You Can Heal Your Life beat out To Kill a Mockingbird?????

I know, I know that everyones' standards and likes are different, and this list is based on sales...but Jeez Loueez!  You Can Heal is a nice little book, but it's one of those slam together, self-published, self-improvement things that says the same thing Dyer has said, Richardson touts, Hicks repeats, every one of them has said again and again and gotten paid for again and again.  Cripes.  Yes, I read it myself, enjoyed it, appreciated it...oh, my!  Can you tell I am flabbergasted.

Now, back to the list so something else can send me falling to the floor.

Number of copies sold does not equal quality, masses of people love crap.

I am surprised that Mein Kamph (My Struggle) by Hitler wasn't listed. There was a time in the 1930s-40s when you could be in serious trouble if a copy wasn't 'proudly displayed' in your living room. Plus, every German couple who got married was presented a copy by the state.  Hitler made a fortune on the royalties.  Unfortunately for him, he invested it badly in German military-industrial stocks. smiley
