What others have said about this volume
... it is a joy to see something that offers a fresh and unique approach. Robert Ingram's book is a "" pump priming "" resource for all who plan and lead worship. It is not only a resource for the preacher; it is a veritable tool chest for the whole worship team -- musicians, artists, dancers, actors, and readers. It moves beyond lectionary-based resources for preaching to lectionary-based engagement of the senses in prayer and praise, hearing and response ... Ingram stimulates the user to see the visual, kinetic and auditory dimensions of the gospel texts ... the user is inspired to modify, adapt, or even discover other ways of engaging the congregation with the text.

This is the most comprehensive resource I have yet seen for planning lectionary-based worship that uses not only liturgy and music but all the other liturgical arts. I strongly recommend it.
