I really enjoyed this book. The charactors are well developed and I loved the pranks they played on each other. Maxim doesn't really come in until about page 140 but Elise's time spent with Nicholas is intriguing because you just KNOW a triangle is in the works and can a long term male friendship survive that??

I will read anything and everything by Kathleen Woodiwiss. This one I have read several times over the years. True, classic romance book....and very character driven.
