I have a book that I would like to post that is perfectly fine as far as the text goes, but the front and back covers are questionable. The previous owner wrote her name and address on the inside of the front and back covers. I scratched out her name and address with a pen. Is the book postable or not?

If all that is there is her name and address, it is fine to post-unless someone has an RC against it!  I don't think I would have scratched off the address...

Yes, it is postable. There is nothing that says writing on the cover isn't allowed, it just says no writing on the text pages. If it looks pretty bad you can always PM before sending it, but there would be no need to since its postable.

No need to scratch out the address, it is part of the books history and that makes it even more interesting to me.
