I was shipped a wrong book but it had the right paper print out of the book I requested. The one I got was a sought after one. The shipper said I could keep it but to send a credit for it. She already got a credit for my requested one. What do I do here. I am assuming the other person who requested this book got mine.

You paid a credit and you got a book.  Might not be the one you requested but I'd only send the shipper another credit if she sends you the correct book.

She already got a credit for my requested one.

She only gets a credit IF you mark it received. (Well, or she bought PBS postage).

If you marked it "RWAP - wrong book" then the book transaction went back on your "Books Mailed to me" tab where it will be eventually be cancelled, and you will get your credit back and she gets none (again, unless she bought PBS postage).

So, if you do not want to mark the original book received since you didn't get THAT book, and if you marked it "RWAP - Wrong Book", then yes, you either justy need to mark it received (and she gets her credit) OR you can give her a second credit, and then PBS will give you back your first one when the transaction is canceled.

If they do send a PDF, make sure the mail date is not old. They need to buy new postage and not try to reuse the labels they printed for the two switched packages.

That is not at all how this works. They sent you the wrong book and you don't have to spend a credit for it. The shipper made the mistake, they don't get a credit for sending the wrong book to you. If you never get the right book, do not mark the right book as recieved unless you do it as explained above RWAP- wrong book. Someone else got your book and you got theirs. I've done it myself and it sucks but now it is up to the sender to fix it. They need to give you both the other person's address and pay for the postage to mail it to the right person if they want their credits. You should not have to pay for postage since you already paid a credit. If they use printable postage, they can buy it again and send you each the PDF if you agree to print it out and put the package in the mail. If they expect you both to pay for postage, then you should both get your credit back.

The sender is not required to fix it. They can just limit their loss at the 2 credits they wont get for mailing the wrong books out and do nothing else.

But you are right, you do not need to allow them to collect the credit for it either as its the wrong book.

But, my opinion is, if this is a book you wanted anyway, and you would have happily paid a credit for it under other circumstances, then, if it were me, I would give the sender the credit.

Just make sure if the one you ordered but didn't receive is a WL book that you remain in your position in the WL line.
