I don't know about a cutting machine by that name, but I have a xyron that will turn anything that will fit in it's slot into a sticker.  Ane I love mine!  It's especially great for those tiny little pieces that you try to put glue on without getting the glue on yourself and everything else!  They come in 2 sizes...2" and 4".

Ihave the Wishblade which was made by Xyron. I believe they sold it to someone else. If this is the machine you are referring to, cuts any true type font or custom designed shape from computer, then I love it. Takes a little getting used to and it is expensive but I have so much fun with it. Cricut is so much easier but has limitations.
