For those of you not familiar with ARCs, they are Advance Reader Copies or uncorrected proofs of books. They are released before novels are published and are bound like a paperback book. All of these ARCs are in good/excellent condition. I'll most likely be adding more in the future. If you see a title you are interested in please feel free to pm me.

  • Sloane Sisters by Anna Carrey
  • Audrey Wait by Robin Benway
  • Hero.com Rise of the Heroes by Andy Briggs
  • Unclaimed Heart by Kim Wilkins
  • Impossible by Nancy Werlin
  • A Banquet for Hungry Ghosts by Ying Chang Compestine
  • Tales of the Madman Underground by John Barnes
  • The Boy in the Dress by David Walliams
  • I am a Genius of Unspeakable Evil and I want to be your Class President by Josh Lieb

I also have a few young adult ARC's I'd like to get rid of.  They are 1 credit each or free with another book on my bookshelf.  PM me if you are interested. They are all in like-new condition.

Please add the requested book to your wishlist and put on Auto-Request; unless you are requesting an additional book then just request that book and PM about the ARC you are interested in.

My Fair Godmother by Janette Rallison  TAKEN

Crows and Cards by Joseph Helgerson

The Roar by Emma Clayton

The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley

Persistence of Memory by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes

FYI You cant request credits for ARC books. THey can be offered for free with the order of a book, just like any unpostable, but can not be swapped for credits.http://www.paperbackswap.com/help/help_index.php

polbio, yes, you can, as long as the ARC isn't posted to the system.  Same goes for unpostable books.  I'll look for the relevant board topic, but what you linked to was the help center in general not the topic referring to this issue.

From help center: *ARCs may be swapped "unofficially" in the Book Bazaar Discussion Forums.  They may not be Posted to a PBS Bookshelf. http://www.paperbackswap.com/help/help_item.php?id=204

There was a thread when the post first came up that discussed this issue - I'm now looking for it.

polbio,

Here's a link to the discussion where PBS has stated it is okay to offer an ARC for a credit. They just can't be posted to bookshelves & the receiver must be aware & okay with receiving an ARC for 1 credit.

A interesting tidbit from the Newswire
