This is a fabulously understandable book. I could hardly believe it was written by doctors!! :D Dr. Roizen and Dr. Oz, have really outdone themselves with this book. When my hubby went into the hospital, I was like an eagle, making sure the nurses and dr.'s washed their hands !!! It is that important.
