This book is chock-ful of wonderful recipes and ways to add or subtract amounts to get the amount of food you want to make. Whole pages are dedicated to charts of how to organize relish trays & dip for 25, 50, whatever. The brownies were better than DuncanH and BettyC overwhelmingly chewy and "just right". One night I opened the book and went hunting for a recipe that would take only stuff I kept in the frig/freezer regularly, dinner was 1/2 hr away! Highly recommend this book for fuzzy brains like me!
