This is the classic recipe book for vegan food (foods made without ANY meat products including milk and eggs). Some of the recipes are laborious but you can't beat it as a resource for meals without milk, eggs and meat products.
Nice little book about vegetarian cooking - includes not only recipes but some background information which I found quite useful. With all the worry about BPA being used to line our canned goods I was especially happy to see a section on how to can your own beans (i.e. black beans, kidneys, etc.).
