-1  medium sized zucchini

-ranch style dressing

-freshy graed parmesan cheese

Slice zucchini about 1/4 inch thick  in rounds, leaving the skin on.

Toss in small amount ranch dressing. (Doesn't take much to coat zucchini)

Place zucchini slices on foil lined cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Cook about 6 inches under broiler just untl cheese starts to brown. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
