This CD is an excellent intro on anger in relationships and what causes people to react the way they do. Dr. Lerner is a renowned lecturer on the subject and she explains simple concepts and anger patterns that I recognized in my self and the people around me. It gave me a greater insight on how to deal with conflict in a more functional way.
