Carol M. (Love these books! Really make you think about the Why's??
You'll impress everyone with the unusual varied knowledges this book teaches. When I go to parties, I would look up a few facts of interest to me for when the conversation got dull. This really spiced up the evening for me. Made me look good too! And I did learn much which made me a much more interesting conversationalist. When I don't like where a conversation is going I just say, with enthusiasm: "Hey did you know why................. " Works every time. And if that person tries to go back to the original nosy question or topic I care not to discuss, I just keep going with this type of info. This leads people into all different kinds of information and jokes. I have two so I can let go of one. It is a blessing to me.
