Book Description:

Alex S. (Jack Swyteck seems to be a good guy, good attorney, but his taste in women needs improvement! His client in this book, another gorgeous liar! I enjoyed it very much, though.
An American officer has been murdered on the base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - and his soon-to-be-accused killer, the dead man's wife, wants Miami criminal attorney Jack Swyteck to represent her. Swyteck knows nothing about military law. Further, he can sense that the hypnotically beautiful Lindsey Hart is a liar, a blackmailer, and possibly worse. But if he doesn't agree to defend her, he will never get to see his biological son, a child Swyteck never knew existed. Taking on the might of the US military legal machine on hostile foreign soil could prove to be far more that a bad career move-because the shocking, sordid truth will take no prisoners. I enjoyed this book. It wasn't one of my favorites by him, but it was good.
Caryle R. from ROSAMOND, CA wrote on 2/19/2006...Great murder mystery about a murder at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the wife accused of it who gets a Miami based attorney to represent her. The story twists around and adds some pretty good sex scenes - pretty steamy.
