Book Description:
Homicide cop Tom McMichael is on the rotation when an 84-year-old city patriarch named Pete Braga is found bludgeoned to death. Very good read from one of the best writers out there.
My favorite author! He did not let me down. If you are a West Coast person, or even if you are not T. Jefferson Parker's are interesting books.
Detective Tom McMichael has every reason to pass n the investigation of slain city patriarch Pete Braga. It was he who killed Tom's grandfather in a dispute over money. But there are others who hated the old man as well. McMichael is a good cop determined to perform his duty to the best fof his abilities. Great book

He has a real ability to draw you in emotionally as well as keep you involved in the story. Check out Serpents Kiss, Blue Hour and Silent Joe.
