There were so many tense and intense moments in this book and one major event that caused me to shed a few tears. But I think Rachel is finally understanding herself. I'm very much looking forward to seeing where things go forward from here.

Surprisingly good for the fifth book of a series.
I haven't liked Rachel much since the first book, and have kept reading this series for the magic and peripheral characters, but she was more likable in this one. She seemed a little more real and a lot less clueless.
The last fifty pages or so were very exciting and a real pleasure.

LOVE this series. In my opinion it's one of the few series actually getting better with each book.
Well written, great plot and characters.

This was such a great addition to the series. Rachel digs deep in this story and I have to say that I really enjoyed it although there were events in this story that brought tears to my eyes.

Despite dating one vampire and living with another, Rachel Morgan has always managed to stay just ahead of trouble....until now....
